Lipsă de transparență in privința informațiilor oferite. in ceea ce privește bagajele admise, am primit de trei ori răspunsuri diferite. Ulterior, am primit un e-mail foarte neclar, in care se explica ce tipuri de bagaje sunt permise in funcție de aeronava folosită, deși nu am fost informat cu ce tip de avion urma să călătoresc. acest lucru a generat confuzie și nesiguranță inaintea plecării.
