Impression about the travel agent (Marina Catalina): Din păcate și aici am o mențiune negativa de făcut. La transferul de la inceputul concediului nu s-a făcut nicio precizare vis a vis de firma cu care vom călători și am presupus ca vom fi preluați de tUI, cei care s-au ocupat de rezervare, insă surpriza a fost ca nu eram pe nicio lista de-a lor și a trebuit ca in harmalaia aceea, sa mergem sa intrebam din ghișeu in ghișeu dacă vreo alta firma ne preia. ar fi fost potrivit sa primim aceasta informație inainte de plecare, zic eu.
