trebuia să fim preluați de la hotel la ora 15.30 și duși la aeroport, avionul avea plecare la ora 18.45...am tot așteptat cu un copil de 2 ani și 9 luni pană la ora 16.10 ,cand am dat mesaj ghidului sa ne spună ce se intamplă, ne-a spus că zborul a fost anulat pentru ora 21.45,iar preluarea din hotel va fi la 18.20....nimeni nu ne-a anunțat nimic, absolut nimeni..nici compania aeriana,nici agenția.... cand intr-un final am ajuns la aeroport, zborul s-a mai anulat o dată pentru ora 22.10...atat pe scurt povestea, mulțumesc!

nu-mi dau seama de unde a pornit neințelegerea cu patul suplimentar de la hotel sau de la direct booking. mi se pare normal ca atata timp cat platesc masa pentru copil de 8 ani sa se ia in considerare automat patul suplimentar si nu sa am surprize cand ajung la destinație.

totul a fost ok, am primit documentele și informațiile necesare, totul a fost organizat, agenția Karpaten a organizat totul foarte ok, transferul de la și spre aeroport, excursiile au fost organizate super, ghidul Karpaten a organizat totul foarte bine și a creat o atmosfera foarte plăcută in excursii, totul a fost foarte frumos!!
