actualizati serviciile oferite astfel incat să corespundă cu facilitățile oferite de hotel.. am achiziționat pachetul all inclusiv standard la facilității era specificat faptul că aveam acces la zona silver pe plaja..in schimb cei de la hotel ne au comunicat că pentru serviciile standard accesul pe plajă cu șezlonguri este pentru zona Bronze nu Silver..Intr un final am avut o comunicare foarte bună cu hotelul și s a rezolvat .
