Welcome to The Coleridge – a boutique townhouse hotel in the heart of Malta's capital, Valletta. All that is known is that the building dates back to the early 1600s when Valletta was being crafted by the finest European architects and engineers of the day. The building itself has been in good company over the years – Palazzo Carafa next door was home to Knights of St John Grandmaster Gregorio Carafa, and this early Baroque palace was used to accommodate his key employees and friends.
